Job Title: Security Officer - Skellingthorpe (Lincolnshire)
Hours: 12-hour shifts 06:30am to 18:30pm, days and nights (3-week rotating shift pattern)
Pay: £11.74 to £11.88 per hour
Job Role: Provide the first point of contact for visitors, employees and suppliers 24/7, Ensure that buildings on site are always kept secure and that the main security gatehouse is manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Undertake hourly site patrols and report any abnormal activities / incidents, Ensure any visitors entering the site/production areas, adhered to procedures with regards H&S, Fire and defined pedestrian walkways, Issue required passes, visibility vests etc, to all contractors and visitors, Carry out ad hoc, unannounced vehicle and personal belongings checks when staff are leaving site, Ensure that cameras are monitored appropriately

Job Role: About you: • Experience of operating a Forklift Truck so a valid FLT license is essential • Previous experience within the food industry is advantageous but it is not essential! Job Title: Packaging and Ingredients Operative

Pay: £11.88 to £12.42 per hour plus £250 bonus on successful completion of probation
Job Role: Overall Purpose: To oversee the issuing of specific packaging and ingredients to lines in the production ensuring efficiency and traceability across all packaging and ingredients. Job Dimensions: The role requires good communication with staff across the site. Attention to detail with a diligent approach to work activities. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality and speed. Key Responsibilities: Packaging and ingredients control. 1. Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered to. 2. Packaging holding area in a clean and orderly fashion always. 3. Communicate with management team, other purchasing staff and production staff effectively. 4. Control stock/ingredients issue to production lines or line teams. 5. Ensure timely furnishing of lines with correct items. 6. Ensure all stock/ingredients required for Retail is available and picked to requirements. 7. Ensure ALL picked stock/ingredients is labeled clearly for trace. 8. Ensure holding area is always stocked with items required by retail. 9. Assist in control of label/packaging/ingredients issue to production including roundels. 10. Monitor factory floor packaging by ongoing monitoring and leasing with the line teams. 11. Communicate stock/product issues to warehouse team. 12. Complete all appropriate paperwork/digital requirements to maintain reports and controls. 13. Control used sharps including retail sharps bin where applicable. 14. Be aware of promo and new launch activity. 15. Disposal of all waste packaging and ingredients in the correct manner and in the correct location. 16. Ensure that the picked packaging is maintained and issued to production appropriately. 17. Communicate requirements and shortages to other team members 18. Ensure that company specifications are understood and adhered to. 19. Assist in all aspects of ingredient control including: deliveries, stock movement, goods issue & stock control. 20. Assist in ensuring correct labeling and control of raw materials and appropriate labeling thereof. 21. Follow all relevant allergen and trained control systems with no exceptions. 22. Work in a way which minimizes or eliminates food safety risks such as cross contamination. 23. Assist in repacking of returned items & transfer thereof from holding area to stores. 24. Assist in ensuring all packaging items are stored in the required state for food contact items – retaining integrity and trace. 25. Assist in serving production with all raw material goods. Health & Safety / Hygiene 26. Maintain the HACCP system procedures in accordance with the quality assurance procedures 27. Ensure that the hygiene and food safety standards are always maintained and adhered too for the equipment and staff and ancillary areas, and that all storage areas are kept clean and tidy. Risk Management 28. The jobholder is responsible for working in compliance with the Dovecote Park policies and procedures to identify and record issues relating to the management of risk Equality and Diversity 29.
