The agricultural and food sectors, those involving livestock farming in particular have been under a great deal of pressure over the last few years, as the environmental impact of industrial food production has become more apparent. As a forward thinking business within this sector, we feel a crucial responsibility to think critically about our impact on the world.

Zero waste-to-landfill


We take great efforts to operate in ways that challenge the mindset that meat production is inherently damaging to the planet. For example, we installed a wind turbine in 2017, and are now 25% self-sufficient in terms of energy.

We have a zero waste-to-landfill policy and we are currently looking into carbon-netural beef production. We do a great deal of research and development work in these areas, and work closely with our main customers who share our commitment to producing an environmentally conscious product.
