These mini steak burgers are ideal if you're looking to try lots of different foods at your BBQ, and with our choice of home made dressing ideas, there's no end to the options you can create. All we need now is the sunshine!!!
Base Ingredients
- Waitrose 6 Mini Steak Burgers
- Your favourite Cheese - Crumbled
- Mini Bread Rolls / Slider Buns
- Baby Gem Lettuce – Finely Shred
- Tomato – Thinly Slice
- Red Onion – Thinly Slice
Base Method
- Cook the mini steak burgers as per pack Instructions
- Whilst the mini burgers are cooking, prepare your choice of topping from the selection below
- Slice the burger buns and add your topping and base ingredients from the list above*
- When cooked, add your mini steak burger, assemble and enjoy!!!
* Chefs tip - why not add your favourite cheese to the steak burgers a couple of
minutes before the end of cooking.

- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Chopped Gherkins

- 50g Blue Cheese
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise

Harissa Spiced Sauce
|
|
Mix together - 1 Minced Garlic Clove
- 3 tbsp Harissa
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Chopped Coriander
